یہ ناول زارا اور ازلان کی ایک ایسی شادی کی کہانی ہے جو محبت کی بجائے خاندانی ضد اور انا کی بنیاد پر ہوتی ہے۔ شروع میں ازلان نہایت سرد مزاج، مغرور اور بے پرواہ ہوتا ہے، جبکہ زارا اپنی خاموشی، صبر اور وقار کے ساتھ اس مشکل رشتے کو نبھاتی ہے۔

وقت کے ساتھ زارا کا حسنِ کردار اور برداشت آہستہ آہستہ ازلان کے سخت دل کو نرم کرنے لگتے ہیں اور اس کی نفرت محبت میں بدلنے لگتی ہے۔ تاہم دونوں کے درمیان انا، غلط فہمیوں اور جذباتی دوری کی وجہ سے کئی مشکلات آتی رہتی ہیں۔

کہانی کا اہم موڑ ان کی بیٹی نمل کی پیدائش ہے، جو ان کی زندگی میں تبدیلی اور سکون لے کر آتی ہے۔ اس کے بعد ازلان اپنی غلطیوں کو سمجھتا ہے اور زارا سے اپنی محبت اور پچھتاوے کا اظہار کرتا ہے۔

آخر میں ناول یہ پیغام دیتا ہے کہ سچی محبت، صبر اور معافی ہر قسم کی انا اور نفرت کو شکست دے سکتی ہے۔
